How To Restrict Control Panel, Registry Editor, Command Prompt and Task Manager in Windows XP / Vista
In this tutorial, we will show you how to restrict access to various critical applications through which you can control and configure your whole computer in Windows XP / Vista
Restrict Control Panel in Windows XP / Vista
Open the Group Policy Editor by going to Start Menu > Run > gpedit.msc.
Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative templates > Control Panel in the left pane.
Select Prohibit access to the Control Panel and set it as Enabled and click OK.
To re enable it, just do the same but instead set it as Disabled or Not Configured in the last step.
Restrict Registry Editor in Windows XP / Vista
Open the Group Policy Editor by going to Start Menu > Run > gpedit.msc.
Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative templates > System in the left pane.
Select Prevent Access to the Registry Editing Tools and set it as Enabled and click OK.
To re enable it, just do the same but instead set it as Disabled or Not Configured in the last step.
Restrict Access to the Command Prompt in Windows XP / Vista
Open the Group Policy Editor by going to Start Menu > Run > gpedit.msc.
Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative templates > System in the left pane.
Select Prevent Access to the command prompt and set it as Enabled and click OK.
To re enable it, just do the same but instead set it as Disabled or Not Configured in the last step.
Restrict Access to the Task Manager in Windows XP / Vista
Open the Group Policy Editor by going to Start Menu > Run > gpedit.msc.
Navigate to User Configuration > Administrative templates > System > Ctrl Alt Del Options in the left pane.
Select Remove Task Manager and set it as Enabled and click OK.
To re enable it, just do the same but instead set it as Disabled or Not Configured in the last step.

ok my pc was infect with the unknown bho(BROWSER HELPER OBJECT) i was unable to remove it even if i delete the registry it would automatically create itself i used this tip i blocked regedit all helped me
